Small Bird Cage Selections
Small bird cage selections for finch, canary, lovebird, parrotlet, meyers, budgie/parakeet, and alike cages.
Please Remember When Purchasing a New Cage:
Canary and finch cages should not be tall because they
do not climb, they should be wider in lenght so that they
can hop around and fly back and forth as they do in nature.
Tall cages are more suitable for your climbing birds such as
lovebirds, budgies / parakeets, cockatiels, Meyers and ect.
These birds climb, hang and love to sit & play up high.
The bigger the cage the happier your bird but remember
"bar spacing" is very important to keep you feathered friend safe.
Bar spacing for small birds should be no greater than 1/2 inch
apart while cage widths should be at least 18 inches or larger.
